Our coaching goes deeper than regular coaching. This is because we not only look at your behavior that is visible on the surface, but also pay attention to the unconscious control of your behavior. Gaining insight into your unconscious patterns and drivers is of great importance, because you grasp the development at the roots.

Not a quick fix, but sustainable results for the long term. To realize your change at an unconscious level, we use the revolutionary ACT Assessment. More information about the assessment can be found in the menu under ‘Inspiration’.

What does Leadership Coaching look like?

You are unique. You have your unique leadership profile. We will make sure that the coaching is tailor-made to your needs.

  • Intake: we get to know each other personally and dive deeper into your coaching goal and the background thereof. Based on the outcome of the intake, a proposal is made for the further coaching process.
  • Reflact© Assessment: the revolutionary Reflact© assessment gives you quickly and accurately insight into the underlying patterns of your behavior. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the assessment online and the insights will be applied in the coaching process.
  • Coaching session(s): during the sessions you work together with your coach on realizing your coaching goal. During the sessions live interventions take place and homework can be given between sessions.

  • Follow-up plan: during the last session, you will speak about a plan on how to maintain your insights of the coaching in your day-to-day life.

  • Final evaluation: after the final coaching session, a progress call and evaluation take place to secure your results and evaluate the coaching process.
