Reflact© of HBM is a smart, unique and innovative method that makes a personal analysis of where natural talents and competencies lie. This helps you to live and work more from your strengths. Reflact© looks at every aspect of who you are and what you do.
The Reflact© methodology can be applied at the individual, team or organizational level.
How does Reflact© work?
The Reflact© methodology consists of 2 parts:
– The measurement itself: in 12-15 minutes you do the measurement online.
– The feedback conversation with an HBM coach who is Reflact© accredited: in this conversation you get an explanation of the outcome of the Reflact©-tool.
During Reflact© you first make a choice from a number of images based on feeling and experience. The choice will be different for everyone because of the personal associations you make. In the second step of the measurement you choose which competencies do or do not fit you. After completing the measurement, a report is formed.
Our coaches use the report as a basis for an extensive feedback conversation. This conversation and the report show, among other things, how your talents and competencies can be happiness and success factors. In this way you become aware of how you can use them and happiness and success will complement each other, strengthen each other and bring out the best in you.

Some fit who you are and how you act; you have them naturally. And there are other competencies that feel like second nature and yet don’t fit you as well. As a manager, consultant or coach, you probably recognize that people’s actions are not always helpful to how they are. And that it can get in the way of standing in the way of their happiness, success, health and therefore their sustainable employability.
