Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Coaching is a professional partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. It’s about asking the right questions, offering new perspectives, and supporting you in taking powerful, aligned action. It’s not therapy, mentoring, or consulting – it’s a unique, forward-focused approach.

  • Therapy focuses on healing the past and managing mental health.
  • Mentoring is when someone with more experience gives advice in a specific area.
  • Coaching is a co-creative process that helps you clarify your vision, overcome blocks, and take aligned steps – no advice-giving, but powerful guidance through questions and reflection.

Not at all. Many people come to coaching because they feel stuck, lost or unsure. One of the first things we do is help you uncover what truly matters to you and what direction fits best.

Typically, sessions are held biweekly or weekly, depending on the program. Between sessions, you may receive reflective exercises or suggested actions to integrate the insights into your life and career.

That varies based on your goal. Some clients gain clarity and direction in 3 months, others continue working with us for 6 to 12 months for deeper transformation or ongoing support during big life or career transitions.

Yes. Everything you share in coaching is strictly confidential. Trust and safety are at the heart of the coaching relationship.

Yes. Most of our clients work full-time and fit coaching into their schedule easily. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can be planned during the day, evenings or weekends.

Coaching works best when you show up with openness, honesty and a willingness to reflect and take action. You don’t need to have everything figured out; just the desire to grow.

Absolutely. Preferably we meet in person. But a lot of our coaching is done via video calls. This gives you flexibility and comfort, and allows us to work with you where you want.

We deeply value integrity and satisfaction. If after the first session you feel it’s not the right fit, we offer a money-back guarantee on that session. Beyond that, we’ll always have an open conversation about how to best support your journey.

A sustainable career is one that is totally aligned with who you truly are. Via the Reflact Development Tool, we make sure that your career is in line with your deepest natural self. Also, we help you align your career with the fundamental building blocks of a sustainable career (personality, power, passion and purpose). You can find more information here: Professional Power Program

You will receive the invitation to the Reflact separately before our first session. It takes about 20 minutes to make it online. You will receive the report of the measurement when we go over the results in our sessions.

We never push anyone to quit blindly. Instead, we help you build clarity and confidence to make conscious choices. Many of our clients eventually shift careers – but some redesign their current roles or renegotiate boundaries. The key is: are you living or surviving?

We always start with a personal intake to explore your current situation and where you want to go. You always meet your coach to see if there is a match. From there, we guide you step-by-step through a proven coaching journey. Think of it as a mix of clarity, courage and concrete action.

We can support you in that – if it serves your long-term vision. Our main focus is on aligning your career with your purpose and values first. That said, we do help you translate that clarity into your personal brand, networking, and finding aligned opportunities.

Not at all. Some of our clients do start businesses or become freelancers, but others find fulfilling careers within organizations – just more aligned with their values and lifestyle. We support your unique path.

Our clients often report:

  • Deeper insight in who you truly are
  • Greater clarity and inner peace
  • More energy and joy in daily life
  • A sense of direction and confidence
  • Concrete career changes that feel right
  • More time, freedom, and connection with yourself and others

It depends on the trajectory you choose. Typically, our clients meet with us once every two weeks. Your time investment will be about 2/3 hours a week including sessions, reflection, and small aligned assignments and actions. It’s a time investment in yourself that often gives energy rather than drains it.

Ask yourself: what’s the cost of staying stuck for another year? Coaching is an investment in the rest of your life. Our clients regularly say this was one of the best decisions they’ve ever made – not just for their career, but for their health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
